PLASTICEL IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PRODUCT LINES, DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT TYPE:

1.
Rigid line: Dedicated to the manufacturing of tanks (from 10 to 220 liters) were we count with a complete line of blowers to cover a great segment of the market. Also, a complete range of injectors which supply the needs of all the accessories of our tanks.

We count with a specialized line of bucket manufacturing, original and refurbished, with the distinction of any type of print in four colors.

 

  
   
2.
Flexible Line: Dedicated to the manufacturing of packing for the food industry, with state of the art machinery to enable in the flexography area to realize 8 color prints with the highest technology available in the market.

We also manufacture cast polypropylene with a three-layer co-extruder machine with which we are able to offer films with specific properties such as high sealing ability, high resistance, and ideal superficial finishing in terms of shine and transparency.
We have a section of our plant dedicated to the manufacturing of hoods,   with which we cover the demand of the country while focused in their export.

Plasticel currently has an installed capacity of 1000 tons per month in its two plants.
